The PXI-4071 is a 7 and a half bit, high-performance, versatile 3U PXI module that provides the measurement capabilities of two commonly used test instruments: high-resolution digital multimeters and digitizers. When used as a digital multimeter, it provides fast and accurate AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, 2-wire or 4-wire resistance, frequency/period measurement, and diode testing. In high voltage isolation digitizer mode, the PXI-4071 is capable of acquiring waveforms at a sampling rate of 1.8 MS/s.
