USAQEM-03-SU21交流伺服电机是一种两相的交流电动机,其内部的转子是永磁铁。驱动器控制的U/V/W三相电形成电磁场,转子在此磁场的作用下转动。同时,电机自带的编码器会反馈信号给驱动器,驱动器根据反馈值与目标值进行比较,从而调整转子转动的角度。
交流伺服电动机的结构主要可分为定子部分和转子部分。定子的结构与旋转变压器的定子基本相同,在定子铁心中安放着空间互成90度电角度的两相绕组,其中一组为激磁绕组,另一组为控制绕组。激磁绕组两端施加恒定的激磁电压,控制绕组两端施加控制电压。当定子绕组加上电压后,伺服电动机就会转动起来。
交流伺服电机具有以下三种转速控制方式:
幅值控制:控制电流与励磁电流的相位差保持90°不变,改变控制电压的大小。
相位控制:控制电压与励磁电压的大小保持额定值不变,改变控制电压的相位。
幅值-相位控制:同时改变控制电压幅值和相位。
交流伺服电动机转轴的转向随控制电压相位的反相而改变。其工作特性以机械特性和调节特性为表征。在控制电压一定时,负载增加,转速下降;在负载一定时,控制电压越高,转速也越高。由于转子导体电阻足够大,使得总电磁转矩始终是制动性的转矩,这也是交流伺服电动机与异步电动机的重要区别。

Ac servo motor has the following three speed control methods:
Amplitude control: The phase difference between the control current and the excitation current remains unchanged at 90° to change the size of the control voltage.
Phase control: The size of the control voltage and the excitation voltage remains unchanged, and the phase of the control voltage is changed.
Amplitude-phase control: Change the amplitude and phase of the control voltage simultaneously.
The steering of the shaft of the AC servo motor changes with the inversion of the control voltage phase. Its operating characteristics are characterized by mechanical characteristics and regulatory characteristics. When the control voltage is fixed, the load increases and the speed decreases. When the load is fixed, the higher the control voltage, the higher the speed. Because the rotor conductor resistance is large enough, the total electromagnetic torque is always the torque of the brake, which is also an important difference between AC servo motors and asynchronous motors.
