615系列保护测控装置是根据IEC61850标准在全新平台上研发和设计的。这使产品从根本上支持站内设备互操作与水平通信等特性,而不必通过附加通信模块。

标准配置B、C和J还带有方向接地保护、三相低电压保护、负序过电压保护、正序低电压保护、过频保护、低频保护以及频率变化率保护等。

标准配置A和B可选择RTD/mA输入模块。应用RTD/mA测量数据或模拟量GOOSE数据,即可使用多功能保护模块实现告警或跳闸功能。

4、应用

REM615可作为异步电机和关联驱动装置的主保护,通常情况下,该电机保护装置可应用于多种场合:断路器或接触器控制的高压电机,以及各种驱动设备(如水泵和传送带、破碎机和切碎机、混料机和搅拌器、风扇和通风机等)中由接触器控制的中型和大型低压电机。

The 615 series protection and control devices are developed and designed on a new platform according to the IEC61850 standard. This enables the product to fundamentally support features such as on-site device interoperability and horizontal communication without having to go through additional communication modules.

As long as the device is simply set up according to the specific application, it can be put into use directly. 3. Protection function

The protection measure and control device provides all the functions needed to manage motor start-up and normal operation, including alarm and fault detection in abnormal conditions. The protection measurement and control device mainly includes the functions of thermal overload protection, motor start time monitoring, rotor lock protection and frequent motor start protection. In addition, the protection measurement and control device also includes non-directional grounding protection, negative sequence current protection, overcurrent protection, loss of load monitoring, reverse protection and other protection functions.

Standard configurations B, C, and J also come with directional grounding protection, three-phase low voltage protection, negative sequence overvoltage protection, positive sequence undervoltage protection, overfrequency protection, low frequency protection, and frequency change rate protection.

RTD/mA input modules are available in standard configuration A and B. With the application of RTD/mA measurement data or analog GOOSE data, the multi-function protection module can be used for alarm or trip function.

4. Application

The REM615 can be used as the main protection for asynchronous motors and associated drives. In general, the motor protection can be used in a variety of applications: High voltage motors controlled by circuit breakers or contactors, and medium and large low voltage motors controlled by contactors in various drive devices such as pumps and conveyor belts, crushers and shredders, mixers and agitators, fans and ventilators, etc.

The magnetic balance current transformer can be used to realize sensitive and reliable grounding protection. Ground protection can also be achieved by the zero-sequence current synthesized by the external phase current. In this case, the internal interlocking function of the device or an appropriate steady-state circuit may be used to prevent misoperation of the motor ground protection due to CT saturation.

The optional RTD/mA measurement module in standard configurations A and B provides a maximum of 8 analog input signals: 6 RTD input signals and 2 mA input signals using a transmitter. RTD input and mA input signals can be used to detect the temperature of motor bearings and stator windings, thus extending the thermal overload protection function and reducing the aging speed of the equipment.
