125840-02是Bently Nevada公司开发的带有RS232/RS422接口的RIM I/O模块。它是本特利内华达3500系列的一部分。框架接口模块是3500框架(RIM)的主要接口。它支持用于设置机架和获取机器数据的专用协议。
125840-02功能描述
第一个机架插槽必须包含RIM(靠近电源)。RIM与TDXnet、TDIX和DDIX Bently Nevada外部通信处理器兼容。
尽管RIM执行一些由整个机架共享的任务,但它不是监控系统的重要组件,对整个系统的正常运行几乎没有影响。每个机架需要一个轮缘。对于使用三模冗余(TMR)的应用,3500系统需要TMR版本的RIM。
TMR RIM除了执行所有其他正常RIM操作外,还执行“监控通道比较”。
配置键锁
用于在“运行”和“程序”模式之间切换3500框架。运行模式阻止配置修改,同时允许机架正常运行。程序模式支持本地和远程机架配置以及标准机架操作。
通过从任一位置的支架上取下钥匙,可以将开关留在运行或程序位置。为防止未经授权的机架重新配置,请将交换机锁定在运行位置。通过将开关锁定在程序位置,可以随时远程配置试管架。
美国本特利BENTLY3500/15电源模块是半高度模块,必须安装在框架左边特殊设计的槽口内。3500 框架可装有一个或两个电源(交流或直流的任意组合)。其中任何一个电源都可给整个框架供电。如果安装两个电源,第二个电源可做为前一个电源的备份。当安装两个电源时,上边的电源作为主电源,下边的电源作为备用电源,只要装有一个电源,拆除或安装第二个电源模块将不影响框架的运行。3500 电源能接受大范围的输入电压,并可把该输入电压转换成其它3500 模块能接受的电压。对于3500 机械保护系统,有以下三种电源:
1.交流电源
2.高压直流电源
3.低压直流电源
满框架电流值:
175 到 254Vac 输入: 2.3 A rms (大)。
85 到 132 Vac 输入: 4.5 A rms (大)。
88 到 140 Vdc 输入: 2.5 A (大)。
20 到 30 Vdc 输入: 10.0 A (大)。

单点接地线连接:为避免接地回路,系统必须提供一单点接地,电源输入模块为你提供了一个开关,来区别控制系统在哪儿接地。如果装了两个电源,那么两个开关需要调到同一位置。电源输入模块出厂时,开关调到关(CLOSED);接地系统通过末端(END)引到端子连接器上,如果系统在另一个地方接地,比如用外部安保器,需把开关调到(OPENED)。

General purpose AC power supplies and power input modules are not compatible with traditional high voltage AC or low voltage AC devices.
The 125840-02 is a RIM I/O module developed by Bently Nevada with an RS232/RS422 interface. It is part of the Bentley Nevada 3500 series. The Framework interface module is the main interface of the 3500 Framework (RIM). It supports specialized protocols for setting up racks and getting machine data.
125840-02 Function Description
The first rack slot must contain the RIM(near the power supply). RIM is compatible with TDXnet, TDIX, and DDIX Bently Nevada external communications processors.
Although RIM performs some tasks shared by the entire rack, it is not an important component of the monitoring system and has little impact on the proper operation of the overall system. Each frame needs one rim. For applications that use three-mode redundancy (TMR), the 3500 system requires the TMR version of RIM.
TMR RIM performs a “Monitor channel comparison” in addition to all other normal RIM operations.
Configuration key lock
3500 framework for switching between “Run” and “program” modes. Run mode prevents configuration changes while allowing the rack to run properly. Program mode supports local and remote rack configurations as well as standard rack operation.
The switch can be left in the run or program position by removing the key from the stand in either location. To prevent unauthorized rack reconfiguration, lock the switch in a running position. Test tube racks can be configured remotely at any time by locking the switch in the program position.
The American Bentley 3500/15 power module is a half-height module that must be installed in a specially designed notch on the left side of the frame. The 3500 frame can be equipped with one or two power supplies (any combination of AC or DC). Any one of these power supplies can power the entire frame. If two power supplies are installed, the second power supply can be used as a backup of the previous power supply. When two power supplies are installed, the upper power supply is used as the main power supply, and the lower power supply is used as the backup power supply. As long as one power supply is installed, removing or installing the second power module will not affect the operation of the frame. The 3500 power supply can accept a wide range of input voltages, and can convert the input voltage to other 3500 modules can accept the voltage. For the 3500 mechanical protection system, there are three power supplies:
1. Ac power supply
2. High voltage DC power supply
3. Low voltage DC power supply

Power OK LED: When the power supply is working normally, the light is on.
Single point grounding wire connection: To avoid grounding loops, the system must provide a single point of grounding, and the power input module provides you with a switch to distinguish where the control system is grounded. If two power supplies are installed, then both switches need to be adjusted to the same position. When the power input module is delivered, the switch is turned off. The grounding system is led to the terminal connector through the END, if the system is grounded in another place, such as with an external security device, the switch needs to be turned to (OPENED).
