硬件组态:在Studio 5000软件中新建1个工程,进行硬件组态。增加ILX34-MBS485模块,即Other类型中的1734-Moudle。点击确定,弹出模块设置对话框,进行参数设置。连接参数取决于目前正在使用的应用程序,模块允许3种不同大小的数据块。“通讯格式”选择“数据-SINT”格式,“槽号”选择在机架中实际的插放位置。“请求信息包间隔(RPI)”值建议大于50ms,后点击“应用”“确认”。
导入厂商AIO:在“Main Routine”中添加梯级,右键梯级,导入梯级,导航到 .L5X 文件位置 。
调试工具测试:在调试工具测试(从站)和调试工具测试(主站)中进行测试。
此外,ILX34-MBS485模块通过1734-AENTR模块接入1756的EtherNet/IP网络。

The ILX34-MBS485 is a third-party product that can be plugged into Controllogix systems for serial communication over the ModbusRTU protocol. It is a module that allows three different sizes of data blocks, the communication format is data-SINT, and the slot number is selected according to the actual insertion position.
The specific use process of this module can be divided into 3 steps:
Hardware configuration: Create a new project in Studio 5000 software for hardware configuration. Added ILX34-MBS485 module, which is 1734-Moudle in Other type. Click OK, and the module setting dialog box will pop up to set parameters. The connection parameters depend on the application currently being used, and the module allows 3 different size blocks of data. Set Communication Format to Data-SINt format, and Slot ID to the actual slot position in the rack. It is recommended that the Request Packet Interval (RPI) value be greater than 50ms, and then click Apply and Confirm.
Import the vendor AIO: Add a cascade in Main Routine, right-click the cascade, import the cascade, and navigate to the.l5x file.
Debug tool tests: Tests are performed in debug tool tests (slave station) and debug tool tests (master station).
In addition, the ILX34-MBS485 module is connected to the 1756 EtherNet/IP network through the 1734-AENTR module.
