The 8440-2254 is designed for single-generator units used in isolated backup or primary power applications. The controller includes specialized algorithms and logic for starting, stopping, controlling, and protecting the generator set, as well as on/off circuit breakers. Woodward’s easYgen-800 series generator set controllers are equipped with advanced communication interfaces that offer superior versatility and value to OEM generator set packagers.
The easYgen-800 Advanced Start/Stop controller features a large LCD, I/O expansion, Ethernet and SD card connectivity.
