HD22010-3系列充电模块是电力电源最主要的配置模块,广泛应用于35kV到330kV的变电站电力电源中。
HD22010-3系列充电模块采用自冷和风冷相结合的散热方式,在轻载时自冷运行,符合电力系统的实际运行情况。
HD22010-3充电模块由三相无源PFC和DC/DC两个功率部分组成。在两功率部分之外还有辅助电源以及输入输出检测保护电路。
前级三相无源PFC电路由输入EMI和三相无源PFC组成,用以实现交流输入的整流滤波和输入电流的校正,使输入电路的功率因素大于0.94,以满足DL/T781-2001中三相谐波标准和GB/T 17794.2.2-2003中相关EMI、EMC标准。
后级的DC/DC变换器由PWM发生器控制前级PFC输出的DC电压、经过高频变压器输出后再整流滤波输出DC电压等电路组成,用以实现将前级整流电压转换成电力操作系统要求的稳定的直流电压输出。
辅助电源在输入三相无源PFC之后,DC/DC变换器之前,利用三相无源PFC的直流输出,产生控制电路所需的各路电源。
输入检测电路实现输入过欠压、缺相等检测。DC/DC的检测保护电路包括输出电压电流的检测,散热器温度的检测等,所有这些信号用以DC/DC的控制和保护。
控制方式选择拨码
拨码开关最左边一位为控制方式选择拨码,用于选择模块的控制方式为自动控制还是手动控制。拨上为自动控制方式,拨下为手动控制方式
在自动控制方式下,模块的输出电压、限流点、开关机均由监控模块进行控制,人工无法进行干预。如果模块连接到合闸母线上对电池进行充电,一般应设置为自动控制方式。
在手动控制方式下,模块的输出电压由上述介绍的手动调压按钮进行调节。模块的输出电压、限流点和开关机等均不受监控模块控制,但可以将模块的运行参数上报给监控模块。如果模块连接到控制母线上,则模块需输出单一的稳定电压,此时应将模块设置为手动状态,模块的输出电压由手动调压按钮调节,限流点全部放开,为110%。

HD22010-3 series charging module is the most important configuration module of power supply, widely used in 35kV to 330kV substation power supply.
HD22010-3 series charging module adopts a combination of self-cooling and air cooling, self-cooling operation in light load, in line with the actual operation of the power system.
The HD22010-3 charging module consists of two power parts: three-phase passive PFC and DC/DC. In addition to the two power parts, there is an auxiliary power supply and input and output detection protection circuit.
The preceding three-phase passive PFC circuit is composed of input EMI and three-phase passive PFC to realize AC input rectification and filtering and input current correction, so that the power factor of the input circuit is greater than 0.94. To meet the DL/T781-2001 three-phase harmonics standard and GB/T 17794.2.2-2003 related EMI, EMC standards.
The DC/DC converter of the rear stage is composed of PWM generator to control the DC voltage output by the PFC of the front stage, and then rectifier and filter the output DC voltage after output by the high-frequency transformer, so as to realize the conversion of the rectifier voltage of the front stage into the stable DC voltage output required by the power operating system.
After the input of the three-phase passive PFC and before the DC/DC converter, the auxiliary power supply uses the DC output of the three-phase passive PFC to generate the various power supplies required by the control circuit.
The input detection circuit realizes the detection of input over and under voltage and lack of equality. DC/DC detection protection circuit includes output voltage and current detection, heat sink temperature detection, etc. All these signals are used for DC/DC control and protection.
Control mode Select DIP switch
The leftmost bit of the DIP switch selects the DIP switch for the control mode, which is used to select the automatic control mode or manual control mode of the module. Dial up for automatic control, dial down for manual control
In the automatic control mode, the output voltage, current limiting point and switching machine of the module are controlled by the monitoring module, and manual intervention is not possible. If the module is connected to the closing bus to charge the battery, it should generally be set to automatic control mode.
In the manual control mode, the output voltage of the module is adjusted by the manual voltage adjustment button described above. The output voltage, current limiting point, and switch of the module are not controlled by the monitoring module, but the running parameters of the module can be reported to the monitoring module. If the module is connected to the control bus, the module needs to output a single stable voltage. In this case, the module should be set to manual state, the output voltage of the module is adjusted by the manual voltage regulator button, and the current limit point is fully released, which is 110%.
