The function of Honeywell CC-IP0101 input and output system is to convert the continuously changing analog signals such as temperature, flow, current, voltage, etc. into several digital signals that the CPU can process. The analog input circuit is generally composed of op amp conversion, mode conversion (A/D), photoelectric isolation, etc. Types of PLC input and output modules: digital input DI, digital output DO, analog input AI, analog output AO. Digital input and output are generally 24V. There are 4 kinds of analog quantities in 2 categories, and the 2 categories are voltage type and current type respectively. Voltage type has 0-10V and -10 to 10V. Current type mainly has 4-20MA,0-20MA. Then the module converts the analog quantity into A number between +32767 and -32768 through A/D conversion, and then implements the control. The function of the signal template is to convert various process i/o signals. The input signals are converted into digital quantities, which are easy for plc to identify, process and analyze.
