There is also current isolation between the fieldbus segments to prevent multiple ground faults, each with its own fieldbus power regulator and current limit. When one or more F80x modules are installed, the terminal of the fieldbus segment is automatically held. The AnF809F-Plus diagnostic module can be optionally mounted on a carrier to automatically receive and distribute diagnostic information across eight fieldbus segments. The measurement parameters can be viewed in the Foxborocontrol system by assigning the F809FPIus as a fieldbus device to a 1 – or 8-segment power supply segment, or through a separate fieldbus segment. Connections for individual segments are provided on the substrate, see F809F-Plus product specifications for more information. a few more 24V DC(nominal) input power supplies can be connected to the F810 chassis using the Foxboro l/a standard amplifier connector. The F80x power supply and F809F-Pus fieldbus diagnostic module can be powered from the same power supply, or, for devices where the standard Foxboro power supply does not provide sufficient current capacity, an external 24V DC power supply can be connected. Field wiring can be connected using a pluggable screw terminal (F810-PS) or a pluggable clip terminal (F810-PC).
